I only purchased these dumbells and love them thus far. I was initially viewing buying the SelectTech’s only after trying them both finished up going with the Power Blocks. Although the Choose tech’s smell great, I felt the length awkward. By comparison the select tech’s are several inches longer than a standard db and these are most an in shorter. The other thing I liked is that there are actually no going regions with these. I don’t program on dropping them, only9 I don’t actually see how these would break. The alone share is the selector pin and even it can be replaced for nigh $10. My chief concern with these was the work of the db and I was concerned almost having to stick my pass into the stop to grab the handle. I’ve tried almost of my workout bit and therefore far haven’t noticed any moves for which these DBs won’t work. Overhead tricep extensions are the exclusively exception as it is hard to delay the DB in this fashion. However, I worked about this by lowering the angle and doing one weapon overhead PowerBlock Elite 90 extensions.I bought the Sport 9.0 version of these and LOVE them. There is no style I could exist happier. I’m seeing swell gains. The one thing I did to that cost a little more is to purchase an special put of handles so that I don’t experience to onus and unload the 5lb ballasts between each set.
